We all know that Apple likes to link partnerships with different celebrities to promote its different platforms and more particularly Apple Music. And today, this is further confirmed with the signing of a new agreement no longer with a star in particular, but with a label: Cash Money Records.
Indeed, Larry Jackson has just announced via the social network Instagram that the apple company has signed an agreement with the label Cash Money Records. The latter is renowned for hosting the biggest rap and hip-hop stars such as Lil Wayne, Drake or Nicki Minaj. For the moment, we do not yet know all the details of this new contract. Nevertheless, the site Bloomberg says it is a funding agreement for the making of a documentary for the label.
So this is not an exclusivity contract this time, at least for now. However, everything suggests that Apple Music will have a role to play in the broadcast of the documentary to be produced. Moreover, it is also possible that this partnership will lead to others in the future, insofar as the Cupertino company continues to make efforts to promote its music streaming platform as well as possible.
