In the list of applications, look for Messages (be careful not to confuse it with your standard messaging application.
In the Messages list, go to the very bottom until RCS Flags Set then click on it.
In the menu that appears, click on ” Set ACS URL » then on ” http://rcs-acs-prod-us.sandbox.google.com “.
Validate then exit. Now reinstall the Messages app and launch it. At the top of the home screen, an icon indicates something new, let yourself be guided to finish activating the RCS protocol.
If automatic activation does not work, you can activate it manually on Messages. See you in the Settings > Chat features then activate the slider ” Enable chat features », The application will then verify your number to finalize the activation. If verification does not work, re-enable Wi-Fi, this may be enough. Once all these steps have been completed, you can use the RCS with the Messages application.
