Acer launches the Chromebook 14, it will have a 14 inch screen. The Taiwanese manufacturer will offer two versions for this device, the first has a Full HD resolution (1920 x 1080) while the second will have an HD display (1366 x 768).

With his aluminum frame, the Chromebook 14 weighs approximately 1.55 kg and is 17 millimeters thick. In terms of peripherals, Acer has integrated the same elements on both versions. There are stereo speakers, an HDMI output, two USB 3.1 ports and a 720p webcam. A 802.11ac WiFi and a Bluetooth 4.2 ensure the connectivity of the device.

Between the two versions, even if they have a Celeron N3060 processor, the main difference is in their performance. Thus, the first will have at its disposal 4 GB RAM and 32 GB storage capacity. For its part, the basic version will be content with 2 GB and 16 GB. In addition, this one will benefit from a autonomy of twelve hours while the other, with a full charge, will be able to hold until two hours.

Marketing will begin in the United States next April. The Chromebook 14 will cost $ 300, the manufacturer has not yet specified the price of the basic version.
