It’s on the twitter of the team iH8sn0w that the information has fallen, it seems that MuscleNerd (member of devteam) is creating a version of PwnageTool compatible Windows.
This version would take charge, just like the mac os version, the firmware 3.1.
It remains to be seen how long this software will be available, but with the announcement of the return of GeoHot (see here), it seems that the “race” to the jailbreak is gaining strength.
