a system to destroy civilian drones 10 km away

10km radius, given the number of planes, it is either the death of civil drones, or a first category intoxication

And we must thank those who believe they are free to do everything.

Transport Canada says:

Unless you have obtained permission from Transport Canada, we recommend that you do not use your drone over crowded areas, moving vehicles, highways, bridges and busy streets. Always follow the instructions on the safe and legal use of your drone. Think safety first!

We also find this:

For security reasons, we recommend that you do not use your drone within 9 kilometers (5 NM) of an arodrome (airport, airport and hydrobase), in order to stay at a good distance from regular aircraft and control zones . All arodromes should be considered prohibited locations for drones unless permission has been obtained from Transport Canada.

If the users were smart, there would be no problem.
