The English daily, The Guardian, which we can not doubt serious, has just announced that a revised version of the iPad should be unveiled at the same time as the Mini.
The big tablet now has a Lightning connector and 4G in some countries, but not France apparently. Regarding the Mini, the newspaper also announces thathe would not have access to 3G.
The "remastered" version of the iPad would not postpone the release of the number 4, which would be expected for the beginning of 2013. It would however benefit from the 1800MHz frequency to access the 4G.
Regarding the Mini, the lack of 3G is mainly explained by a cost issue. Direct competitors are sold for $ 200 on average and this removal was necessary to go below the $ 300 mark.
