In the same vein as the Raspberry Pi Micro-PC, here is the Micro-PC CHIP which is offered on the crowdfunding platform Kickstarter. He presents himself as a small motherboard thanks to which DIY enthusiasts can envisage various projects such as a living room computer, a computer for office automation, an audio mixing solution or a video game console.
On board the motherboard, dimensions 6 x 4 centimeters, there is a processor 1 GHz provided by Allwinner and coupled to a RAM 512 MB. There is also a flash memory 4GB, Bluetooth 4.0 / Wi-Fi 802.11n modules and USB 2.0 / Micro-USB 2.0 ports. Finally, note a composite output with optional HDMI and VGA adapters for the display, which is also provided by a Mali-400 GPU.

The entry ticket is fixed at 9 dollars for the motherboard alone. The invoice can climb depending on the optional components such as the adapters mentioned above or the kit including a touch screen, a keyboard and a 3000 mAh battery. Deliveries will start in next december.
