a hack allows to pass from 30 to 60 integrated games

Available since last November, the NES Classic Mini presents itself as the reissue of the first Nintendo home console. This very small material aroused a lot of interest from the players, so much so that a shortage was quickly observed.

This machine has clear advantages for playing 8-bit games on our screens today, but there are also some shortcomings. Besides the ridiculous length of cables, only 30 games from the catalog have been integrated into the console and it is not possible to add more.

However, a hacker of Russian origin has published a video (below) which confirms that he has reached add additional titles to the mini NES memory, thus counting 60 built-in games.

The procedure was published on Pastebin at this address, signaling rather tedious steps which in particular require modifying the kernel of the machine, thereby increasing the risk of failure.
