The 3.5 million French people eligible for Active Solidarity Income (RSA) can now benefit from a 10-euro mobile plan at Orange.
Blocked and without obligation
This package of 40 minutes and 40 SMS is blocked and without obligation. Unused communications are carried over from one month to the next. All eligible customers, but committed to another Orange offer, can change it at no cost, their commitment effectively ceasing. Customers of other operators can subscribe to it while keeping their number. Mobile phones at 39 euros will be offered in the Orange store for subscribers wishing to equip themselves. Used models at 10 euros will soon be marketed.
Widespread on June 1, the RSA set up by Martin Hirsch, High Commissioner for Active Solidarity Against Poverty, will replace the RMI (Minimum Income for Integration) and the API (Allowance for Single Parent). The beneficiaries of these two social minima can already subscribe to this “special blocked RSA package”.
