The smartphone Kodak IM5 has indeed been seen on the site of a reseller in the Netherlands who offers it for the equivalent of 280 euros excluding operator subsidy. Arrival in France is, a priori, only a matter of weeks.
For this price, there is as a reminder a SoC MediaTek MT6592 with its 1.7 GHz octocore processor coupled with 1 GB of RAM, a screen 5 inch in definition 1,280 x 720 pixels (294 dpi resolution), 5/13 megapixel photo sensors with physical release button, 8 GB flash memory expandable by MicroSD and a battery 2100 mAh. Finally, we note the presence of a ROM Android KitKat (an Android Lollipop update is planned). Above, there is an overlay which offers in particular big icons for easier use in beginners. As a former photo giant, Kodak obviously incorporated a battery ofphoto tools.
In short, not really enough to tantalize the most technophiles, especially in terms of what some rising Chinese brands such as Xiaomi or One Plus can offer.
