The group's first connected watch Apple should be on sale in a few weeks and will be available in multiple variants grouped into three main families: Watch, Sport and Edition. If the first two will use plastic and metal materials, theApple Watch Edition will benefit from a gold finish, pushing its price far from the starting 349 dollars.
To be able to offer it in stores Apple Store, where it will also serve as a showcase, the Cupertino group has taken special measures by calling on special safes which will be used both for their transport and their storage.
These safes have MagSafe docks for to power the watches, so that they remain recharged and ready to be sold while being sheltered. According to 9to5Mac, Apple has reportedly already started installing safes in some of its Apple Stores.
The watches of the Edition series should benefit from a particular sales circuit compared to the other two versions to accentuate the specific side and enhance the finish. The layout of the stores will also be modified to accommodate a specific space for watches. Apple Watch and it will undoubtedly be possible to try the watch on site with different proposals for bracelets.
As previously indicated, marketing preparation should take place from mid-February 2015, with a view to launching in April, which however leaves room for the pre-launch of special editions preparing general availability.
