Until the smartphones without side borders R7 and R7 Plus, Oppo unveils a more conventional model. The Chinese manufacturer indeed offers a hardware and software update of its Neo 5 smartphone unveiled in 2014 with a model Neo 5S.
Oppo Neo 5S smartphone uses Qualcomm platform Snapdragon 410, thus embedding a 1.2 GHz quad-core 64-bit processor supported by 1 GB of RAM and a 4G / LTE cat 4 modem (up to 150 Mbit / s). It also offers an IPS screen 4.5 inch in a definition 854 x 480 pixels (resolution 218 dpi), two SIM slots, 2 and 8 Megapixel photo sensors, flash memory 8 GB expandable by MicroSD which will host the duo in particular Android 4.4.2 KitKat + Color OS 2.0.1 and a battery with a capacity of 2000 mAh. No Android Lollipop. Pity.
As a reminder, the Oppo Neo 5 was content with a SoC S400, a 5 megapixel back sensor, 4 GB storage and Android 4.3 Jelly Bean.

No communication on the price of this Oppo 5S however. As an indication, the predecessor had been announced for the equivalent of 145 euros at its release.
