LG recently announced its new strategy PREMIUM DUAL in the television sector. South Korean automaker says focus on technology OLED and technology Ultra HD. In other words, LG will position itself on the premium in order to stand out and target products with high added value that allow potentially to generate the most margins, at a time when the fierce competition pulls prices down, prompting behemoths like Sony to leave the ship.
This strategy will be illustrated in particular with the new range of OLED TVs that offer 55, 65 and 77 inch diagonals with flat or curved panels. We can cite the 55-inch model referenced 55EC9310 and sold the equivalent of 3,000 euros. It will also end up with eleven UHD TVs at diagonals of 43, 49, 55, 65 and 79 inches. We can evoke the 55 inch 55UF9500 model with its fineness of 8.5 millimeters.

All these models will embark on the platform webOS 2.0 for managing settings and accessing different content. We are also talking, at a time of concern about the threats to connected products, of an emphasis on data encryption.
