After a generally interesting third installment released in 2011, the Deus Ex series is preparing to return to the front of the stage with a fourth opus still developed by the Eidos Montreal studio. Called Deus Ex: Mankind Divided, this sequel takes place two years after the events in Human Revolution, at the helm of Adam Jensen.
As part of E3 2015, a new video, images, as well as a technical demo of the Dawn Engine graphics engine were put online. In addition, the publisher Square Enix has published a long gameplay video which allows you to learn more about the game.
This version presented below is still in alpha, meaning that this does not completely represent the quality of the final version which is expected for early 2016 on PC, PS4 and Xbox One.
A phase of approach with discretion is first highlighted, highlighting the capabilities of the augmented body of Adam. Some features are really enjoyable, including the tesla pistol to knock out up to four enemies, or the nano blade which pierces opponents with a single blow.
A second action-oriented part is highlighted at the end of the video, showing the spectacular side with skills such as going in slow motion to target and exterminate enemy threats.
