It turns out that a calendar of Android Lollipop updates for HTC smartphones has leaked onto the web. It concerns the models sold by the Taiwanese manufacturer. The versions marked Google Edition were already served at the end of 2014.

The first quarter 2015 will be the opportunity to deploy the new ROM on One and One M8 smartphones, while the second trimester will be synonymous with Android Lollipop for the Butterfly 2, Desire Eye and One E8 models. During the third trimester 2015 then, it will be the turn of Desire 816, Desire 820u, One Max and One Mini 2 to take advantage of the new ROM. During the fourth finally, Android Lollipop will land on the Desire 510, Desire 610, Desire 820s and One Mini.
The owners of these smartphones will then taste Android 5.0 specific improvements (new notification manager, Factory Reset Protection / Kill Switch security, better autonomy thanks to the Volta project, etc.) and those provided by the Sense overlay in its version 6. Videos like the one with the One M8 provide a taste.
