With the Android Lollipop update which is not yet widespread on the Moto G of 2014, but limited to a few markets like India to make sure everything is going well, it is better not to be in a hurry to get there taste on the Moto G original released 2013. However, this is good news for its owners.

It happens that owners of the first generation Moto G begin to receive a notification telling them that the Android 5.0 Lollipop update is on rails and inviting them to make sure they have the latest version of the baptized service "Motorola Updates" with us. As noted, this is a condition to benefit from the Android Lollipop update.

In short, unless new bugs are discovered at the last minute, this is logically just one matter of weeks so that the Moto G 2013 finally goes under Android Lollipop.

Some users will probably have found the time long. Still, it is quite nice to be able to turn to the mid-range for a while taking advantage of the updates. Many manufacturers reserve the latest updates for their latest models and flagships when it comes to serving a previous generation.
