In 2014, the HTC One M8 revealed forms close to the original HTC One model but with one particularity: a system Duo Camera at the rear, composed of a photo sensor and a second module adding depth information.
This device was later found on other One smartphones of the brand. However, supposed images of the HTC One M9 expected for the MWC 2015 fair in Barcelona in early March suggest that this system could be abandoned in favor of a large 20 megapixel photo sensor.
The photos published show a shell very close to the HTC One M8 which could be in fact a decoy in order to keep secret the specific design of the next smartphone. For the rest, the characteristics remain similar to what has already been mentioned, namely a 5 inch Full HD display, a SoC SnapDragon 810 with 3 GB of RAM and a 20 megapixel sensor on the back / an Ultrapixel sensor on the front.
The smartphone would have a 2840 mAh battery and would offer Android 5.0 Lollipop with a new interface HTC Sense 7 to the HTC Blinkfeed service even more customizable.
