Chrome 81 is on track. After having suspended the work of its employees following the epidemic of coronavirus, Google has already decided to resume updates to its web browser. The Mountain View firm unveils to the crowd a new deployment schedule for its updates.
On March 18, Google announced the temporary suspension of Chrome updates to allow its teams to adapt to work. In a blog post published on Thursday, March 26, Google said that Chrome updates are back on track.

Chrome 81 will be available from April 7, 2020
We are now resuming the deployment of updates with an adjusted calendar Google advert. First, the updates will land on Chrome Beta, Chrome Canary and Chrome Dev, test and development versions of the browser, this week. Google will be rolling out security fixes for Chrome 80, the latest stable release, next week. To make up for the delay, the research glove also decided to zap Chrome 82. After Chrome 81, Google teams will work directly on Chrome 83.
