In a recent note sent to employees, the senior vice-president, People and Retail, Deirdre OBrien, revealed that the company plans to delay the reopening of the Apple Stores.

For all of our stores outside of Greater China, we will gradually reopen our stores. For the moment, we anticipate that some stores may open in the first half of April, depending on the health situation in each country. We will provide updates for each store as soon as specific dates are established.

O'Brien also confirmed that the remote work period would also be extended in April.

In all our offices outside Greater China, we extend the remote work period for members of the various teams, except those whose work requires them to be on site, at least until April 5. The situation will then be assessed each week. Apple puts the health of our teams, our customers and our communities first.
