Taking photos with your iPhone or iPad is super easy and fun. However, iOS devices save your current location when taking photos and this option is set by default. How to disable geolocation on iOS devices
To deactivate geolocation on your iPhone or iPad, do the following:
- Navigate to settings
- Click on Confidentiality
- Click on Location Services
- Tap Camra
- Under Allow location access, choose Never.
Once you change this, the location on the videos and photos will not be saved.
It is advisable to browse all other applications in location services and to deactivate this option for applications that you do not want to access.
