We all know very well that the famous Battle Royale game, PUBG, also known as Battleunknown’s Battlegrounds, is one of the most played Battle Royale games on the market. Even Player Unknow’s Battlegrounds are just one example of the type of game that many renowned studios and publishers use today. But, according to the latest reports, recently a 16 year old young man died of cardiac arrest while playing the famous battle royale game PUBG.
16-year-old boy dies while playing PUBG
The famous game Battle royale , PUBG , also known as Battleunknown’s Battlegrounds, is one of the games Battle royale the most played on the market. Even Player Unknow’s Battlegrounds are just one example of the type of game that many renowned studios and publishers use today.
However, the point is that this well-known battle royale game, PUBG, has also come under heavy criticism in India to the extent that the Indian government has even banned playing PUBG Mobile in some states.
In emerging countries like India, where millions of users are now discovering smartphones, the market is attractive for well-known smartphone brands such as Samsung, Nokia, Xiaomi and many more. But, apart from smartphones, the famous battle royale game PUGB Mobile has become such a huge sensation that it has even been banned in parts of India , as we said previously.
As recently, a 16 year old boy from Madhya Pradesh died of cardiac arrest after playing PUBG Mobile for six consecutive hours. Furqan Qureshi, a grade 12 student, simply lost his life to the sudden adrenaline caused by the game.
Shortly after the incident, his family took him to the hospital where doctors failed to revive him. While her sister, Fiza, who was in the same room during the incident, said she heard Furqan shout, “Ayan, you got me killed and made me lose the game. I will no longer play with you ”. And right after the incident moments later, he complained of a headache and suddenly collapsed on the bed.
The doctor accompanying him said: “The death may have been caused by severe cardiac arrest caused by sudden but intense shock. Since the teenager had been playing the game for long hours straight, it is possible that he had slipped into some sort of syndrome that was difficult to come out of. ”
Furqan’s father Haroon Rashid said he even berated Furqan for playing PUBG for long hours, but he kept playing. As we all know very well, the famous PUBG battle royale game has already been banned in Nepal and Iraq due to its effects on the mental health of players.
